At a time when dominant narratives threaten to fragment the rich identity of the Mediterranean, AGUAESPEJO emerges as an urgent cultural and sonic affirmation. This radio project seeks to amplify the region’s unique soundscape, directly fostering new imaginaries that honor the profound interconnectedness of its shores.

Navigating through archival research, immersive field recordings, a deconstruction of tradition, and contemporary experimentation and sound art, this project aims to reactivate active and conscious listening across our region.
